Customer Reviews
Good value, some small kinks
I used FastWill to create a Revocable Living Trust and a Pour-Over Will. The online process was pretty clear, and the bundle deal made it good value compared to a lawyer. I liked that it included Remote Online Notarization, which saved me a trip. The documents seemed solid enough. My only minor issue was finding the Trust Funding Guide; it wasn't as prominent as I expected. I eventually found it, but it could be clearer on the dashboard. Overall, I'm satisfied with the legal documents I received and the price.
Always reliable service
I've used FastWill a few times now, for our initial Last Will and Testament, then a Healthcare Directive, and just recently updated our Guardianship Designation. Every time it's been straightforward. The process for editing documents is easy, which was great for the update. It's consistent, just like my first experience. They make something that feels big, really manageable. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver.
Easy and quick
Needed a Financial Power of Attorney. FastWill made it super easy. Completed it quickly online. Downloaded and printed. No fuss, no wasted time.
So happy with my new will!
I just finished my Last Will and Testament with FastWill and it was fantastic! I was really worried about doing this, but the website guided me through everything. It felt so clear and simple. The Digital Vault Storage is a huge plus, makes me feel secure. I will absolutely use them again for other documents like a Pet Trust later. Definitely recommending FastWill to all my friends who need estate planning!

Is FastWill actually legit or is it one of those sketchy online things? I'm worried about my info being out there.
Anyone got thoughts on FastWill vs LegalZoom? Both seem to do similar stuff for wills and trusts.
I saw a mention of a military discount somewhere. Is that still active, or did I dream it? Trying to get a will and a POA done.
Anyone know if FastWill does remote notarization? My state requires it for some stuff and getting to an in-person notary is a pain.
Hey, thinking about using FastWill for a living trust. Are their documents actually legit for, say, California? Don't want to mess this up.
How long does it typically take to complete a basic will through FastWill? Like from start to finish, including any reviews?
Thinking of getting the will and trust bundle. Does FastWill let you use more than one promo code? Like if I have a new customer one and a referral code?
